Pucuk Paku : Masak lemak Cili Padi

Bahan A:
5 ulas bawang putih
9 biji cili padi
1 mangkuk kecil ikan bilis
3cm kunyit hidup
* dikisar halus

Bahan B:
2 ikat pucuk Paku
1/2kg santan
Udang segar (tak nak pun tak pe )

Caranya:
1.Masukkan bahan A ke dalam periuk,masak hingga kering.
2.Masukkan santan dan air,kacau.
3.Apabila hampir mendidih,masukkan pucuk paku dan udang.Kacau.
4.Siap!!!
